Defence Services Asia officially opened

Malaysia’s Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak officially opened the Defence Services Asia (DSA) exhibition and conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

He spoke about the importance of home security in the context of regional security, an issue that Malaysian Minister of Defence Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein would also emphasise later during the first session of the conference entitled: Regional Security Crescendos and Its Implication on Stability.

DSA is one of Asia’s largest defence events and this year the organisers with the organisers claiming around 1,500 individual exhibiting companies from 60 countries. The show runs from Monday 16 through Thursday 19 April at the MITEC centre in Kuala Lumpur city centre.
