Event Details

The annual Combat Engineer & Logistics conference is set to enter its 9th edition on the 31st January – 2nd February 2023 in a new location in Warsaw, Poland based on the geographic and strategic importance of the region as a host nation for NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence initiative.

The event will provide key stakeholders from both the military engineering and logistics community a platform to network with peers, address shortfalls in capability and learn about advancements in technological developments and service based solutions, understand future trends and requirements in line with increased defence spending and receive operational feedback and lessons learned from recent programmes and exercises.

Recent events, such as the Ukraine crisis, have shown how the nature of warfare has shifted. The conference will explore topics in both logistics and engineering that have drawn attention as a result of recent events in Europe. Numerous lessons can be drawn from the global humanitarian and military aid efforts towards Ukraine. This large logistical undertaking has exposed the importance of multi-national enablement in peacetime to ensure that operations during crisis and wartime can be sustained. Operations on the ground have demonstrated the importance of mobility, especially gap crossing and anti access area denial capabilities.

CEL23 will aid nations and organisations in determining how to improve both their short-term preparedness in light of recent events and develop their future force design, which will influence their procurement objectives for years to come.

Attendance is FREE for all serving military personnel, government representatives and other validated end users!
