The OMNIPOL Group of Companies, headquartered in Prague, is exhibiting at stand C-R87 of the Czech companies. Specifically, it is presenting among other products the commuter aircraft L 410 NG, manufactured by its Czech daughter company Aircraft Industries. The L 410 NG is an all-metal, high-wing turboprop aircraft known for its exceptionally reliable and is very safe to operate even, in extreme climatic conditions.
The plane is therefore ideal for the Asian market, capable of landing on unpaved and very short runways. Therefore, it is suitable for short routes between remote areas and major cities. For example, it has landed at one of the most dangerous airports in the world – Lukla in Nepal.
The aircraft is produced in several versions – VIP, passenger, cargo air ambulance, sky diving or patrol.
The L 410 NG flew to Singapore from the Czech Republic, located in the heart of Europe, covering 11,387 kilometers. The pilots spent 34 hours in the cockpit.
L-39NG training jet
OMNIPOL is also representing, at the Singapore Airshow, it’s partner company Aero Vodochody, which manufactures the L-39NG training jet.
