Nova Systems is pleased to announce their new Introduction to Flight Simulator Evaluation, Qualification and Governance course.
Identifying a gap in the market, Nova Systems has designed the three-day course to support professionals involved in the acquisition, commissioning, qualification and in-service support of civil and military flight simulation training devices.

The Flight Simulator course is an addition to Nova Systems already significant training offering supporting professionals and military personnel across the globe. This includes courses on Tactical Data Links, Electronic Warfare, Systems Safety and many more through to certifications delivered through their Registered Training Organisation (Nova Aerospace RTO code 40262) such as Certificate IV in Test and Evaluation.
The course provides the underpinning skills and knowledge for qualifying flight training devices. From regulatory standards and requirements, data analysis methods, qualification test guide design, basic flight dynamics, to the on-going fidelity checking requirements required to maintain regulatory compliance.
On completion of the Flight Simulator Course, students will obtain a credit towards Nova Systems more in-depth Evaluation of Synthetic Training Devices (EoSTD) course. The EoSTD course is recognised by the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority. It satisfies the training requirement contained in CASR Part 60 for personnel conducting initial and recurrent qualification of synthetic training devices.
